First attempted removal

If this is the only copied article on your site, I may try to contact you to make sure that you put up the page in error and that you have removed the page. I can only trust in your better nature that YOU will remove it promptly. I'm sure that you made a mistake.

If there are multiple pages on your site copied from my site or any site, or if there is no contact information on your site, I will move on to filing a DMCA, and will assume that you understood what you were doing was a no-no.

I reserve the right to file a DMCA notice with the following organisations regarding your infringement of my copyright:

• 2. Search Engines to have the results removed

If you don't like the results of stealing content, then don't steal it. I have all the documentation I need to file a complaint and am currently pursuing cases against a number of different websites.
